Understand tho, there is room for improvement in your customer care dept and you *are* capable of making it happen. And if it is possible to equip ur airport staff with higher authorization, it'd be more efficient and helpful to ur customers
@VivaAirCol I appreciate the efforts being made to correct the issue. The tweets of those who have been waiting months for a refund do not fill me with much hope to see mine soon, but I'll try to expect the best outcome possible.
