The flat was sold almost a month ago and I keep telling you this and just getting auto responses with threats. The arrears is 0 as noted. Why is the upfront text in a different language and why are you sending me threatening emails over 0 pounds?

@kiwicom247 I got an email saying the booking hadn't been processed, but took my 1k and said would take 10 days to refund it. But kiwi credit was immediate and my flight showed available, so I took the credit and rebooked it, which then also wasn't processed. Now you won't refund my money?
