New @EuroRespSoc Cough guidelines absolute game changer:
1. Out goes PPI unless symptomatic reflux
2. Shorter trials of treatment 2-4 weeks
3. Consider LTRB, macrolyde
4. Neuromodulators limited by side effects
5. Cough control therapy very effective #AHP
