@meggomy_eggo Hi! I spent so many hours going round and round with them, and even went through my employer. They absolutely refuse to cover MRIs as preventative. They will cover mammograms, but the MEIs are considered diagnostic and go towards your deductible.

@meggomy_eggo What I ended up doing was applying for financial aid at the hospital where I had the MRIs done. I didn’t qualify for it based on family income, but I appealed and wrote a letter explaining the situation and that it IS preventative, CIGNA just refuses to admit it.
