He’s right! How ironic is it, that he has more respect for President Reagan’s stance in negotiating with terrorists, than our own current President!? He cares more about “making a deal “ being a feather in his Presidential cap, than he does the reality of the IRGC’s reign of terror over not only Persia, but the world!!! If he understood that, all this time would have never been wasted in the first place. He should have gone in with a sledgehammer, not a scalpel!!
🇺🇸 Sen. John Fetterman warns against a potential deal with Iran, saying:
“Nuclear dust, that’s the reason why we’re here. This is why I was reasoned and ok with setting myself politically on fire to be the only Democrat for the last 90 days voting against these war powers acts.”
Fetterman added: “If you cave just for political convenience, what kind of legacy is that?”
I know, but when the President says he had a “very good phone call “ with HEZBOLLAH, it’s time to start asking questions. Reagan was right. We should never, EVER negotiate with terrorists. Our President should never have done that very thing. He didn’t learn from history, and made that very mistake.
He’s been playing footsie with terrorists by perpetually negotiating without any definitive action. If they didn’t do this, then this would have gone on forever while being fed more poppycock about them being so eager to make a deal. Iran’s played our President for a fool, and his own pride left the door open for them to do it. We should have handled this with finality from day one. If we’d done that, the Iranian people would be free, and we’d have already been outta there.
I Think They've Forgotten Something Important...
Psalm 28:3-4 (NIV)
3; Do not drag me away with the wicked, with those who do evil, who speak cordially with their neighbors but harbor malice in their hearts.
4; Repay them for their deeds and for their evil work; repay them for what their hands have done and bring back on them what they deserve.
You know, until I see evidence that something is actually being done to stop the regime from killing civilians in Iran, I don't want to look at any other Iran conflict news.
Why? Because when it comes to a war,...I trust Pres. Trump.
When it comes to economic sanctions and their effectiveness as a tool, I trust Pres. Trump.
But my Spirit can't accept the massive loss of life for a deal the Regime has already said they will not honor. My psyche shuts down when I think about President Trump letting these people die, because I've already burned myself out sending messages, and reposting comments and replies, tagged to POTUS, Hegseth, and Rubio.
I know I'm not privy to the rhyme and reason behind the handling of this situation. But I'm completely unable to come up with a justification for the 10s of THOUSANDS of deaths that have occurred because of statements made by OUR President, and the apparent obsession with trying to make a deal,...with TERRORISTS,...with Evil itself.
I've been damaged by it, my belief and trust in my President to do the right thing,...the humanitarian thing. When did saving people from the abuses, tortures, mutilations, and executions, the Iranian people suffer at the hands of the Regime, become so devalued as to not warrant righteous intervention??
I honestly wonder what the results would be of polling our military personnel, and asking if they believe rescuing the people of Iran is a worthy enough cause to run the risk of making the same sacrifices the unarmed Iranian people are forced to make everyday. I truly wonder.
Maybe Sec. Hegseth should ask them if they are willing to go in and save at least a portion of our human decency.
@realDonaldTrump@POTUS@SecWar
This is absolutely correct. And we are fast getting to the point where your integrity as a decent human being will not recover. You "say" you are a man of Faith. Then you have forgotten something critical...
What We Are Commanded To Do
Scripture clearly commands God’s people to actively rescue and defend others from harm, oppression, and evil — including physical intervention when necessary.
This is not just a suggestion or a spiritual metaphor; it is presented as a moral duty, with warnings of accountability for failing to act.
Psalm 82:3-4 (ESV) “Give justice to the weak and the fatherless;
maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
[ This is a direct command to intervene and deliver people from oppressors. ]

Proverbs 24:11-12 (NIV) “Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
If you say, ‘But we knew nothing about this,’ does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?”
[ This is one of the clearest calls to physical rescue. Ignorance is no excuse — God holds us accountable. ]

And yet YOU are negotiating with TERRORISTS.
@hopedealergrace God; what good is wealth or money without Him, much less a family to love and surround you? Wealth, fame, money, and influence are worthless without Him, and without a family to come home to every day.
