Who says dystopian cities can't have cotton candy sunsets?!
spent this week binge reading Binding 13 and Keeping 13 by Chloe Walsh and I am emotionally devastated! ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ the 2nd book had me literally sobbing iykyk and I had to take a break from reading the book for an hour!
Just finished reading Thrum by @megsauce and holy shit. Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit! That was such a good book!

ok sooo im looking for some sci-fi book recs, something like Illuminae Files, Lunar Chronicles, Artemis, Aurora Cycle, The Martian

(pls don't recommend Dune or Red Rising, i have tried to read them & just couldnt finish them)
finally finished listening to Queen Charlotte today and I enjoyed it
I'd rate it 3.5/5 stars ๐
a good love story, entertaining characters + plot lines, not super historically accurate but oh well ๐คทโโ๏ธ
it is very similar to the show but without jumps between the 2 time periods
so yes I did start watching Queen Charlotte last year and yes I stopped half way through ep 5 and finish it today and yes I'm now listening to the audiobook and enjoying it way more than I thought I would
totally recommend both if you liked Bridgerton or Julia Quinn's books
Jacks's POV! Before, we're in Evangeline's POV from The Ballad of Never After as she's carried to a warm and safe tree-house. But from Jacks's POV, a dark void is behind him, trapped by trees, stars hanging out of reach. Same magical scene, different perspective!
