As Minister Madigan stated, we can compel schools to open Special Classes in 6-8 weeks.
We will make funding for those classes available as quickly as we can, but we suspect 3-4 months.
Any exceptional reviews regarding staffing should be processed within one calendar year.

Our preferred option is for schools to voluntarily open classes in Prefabs with inadequate supports and little training.
