My parents in their 80s travelled from Chennai Central - Erode Junction on 15/6/24: West Coast Express 22637 : first AC compartment . The coach was extremely unclean, the pillows smelled! bedding unclean! waste of money, lack of facilites!! Developed rashes! Horrible experience
