A book is coming!
Most research is decades old, and countless systems live with internal structures barely understood by professionals.
Something big is coming.
Stay tuned!

#PolyfragVibes#ComplexDID#DissociativeIdentityDisorder
Went to a trauma and dissociation masterclass to bridge lived experience and clinical work, got muted a few times for pointing out it’s not one-size-fits-all.
At least we did it for all the polyfrags out there.
Imagine being so privileged that you can choose to complain on advocates' social media pages about the words they use for more extreme trauma they went through even though you don't even have the capacity to imagine their experiences.
People tend to criticize those who dissociate because they're not in touch with reality and "don't pay attention" enough. But have you seen this reality? Be honest, who would want to be fully in it all the time with no possibility to ever escape?
Not every system has to like the same words, but you don’t get to start language-policing someone else’s inner world experiences because you got uncomfortable. Maybe work on that window of tolerance a bit more since that was supposedly the whole point of healing...
A post we made: Littles exist in a wide range of forms.
Comments: "Please stop using a word for your own system, it makes me uncomfortable."
Yeah… exactly.
Funny how a post about not narrowing what Littles can be immediately turns into people narrowing what Littles can be...
@USAsweetTerf2 It's crazy to see the amount of guys getting angry for "daring" to tell a boy the same thing that girls are being told constantly but nobody seems to mind that...

This isn’t about comfort — it’s about survival. Jae needs warmth, food, and a chance to stay safe tonight. Let’s show them they’re not alone.
#SystematicAid#SystemCampaign#HelpNeeded
Jae is a DID system who was just kicked out of their home and now has no shelter, food, or warm clothing. Their dog had to be placed in a shelter, and they haven’t had a real meal in days. With temperatures dropping to 6°C–17°C and rain on the way, this is a dangerous situation.
@CindiHarri3581@MAGAVoice Yeah I was definitely expecting this. I have a phone. And I'm going from one place to another just to charge. How is this basic fact skipping people's brains, I don't know.
@Notwokenow NET is our favorite. It's very easily understandable but still doesn't go too far from the original in terms of style. It also comes with incredibly helpful notes that explain the choices of words so well.
