It has been close to 3 months. I have tried filling feedback form, reaching out customer support over call and writing an email. Nothing provokes AI to respond back.
However online AI feedback chat room says dey already refunded aa such no money received in my..

I am facing issues with getting refund from Air India for a cancelled ticket. DEL - MEL. I cancelled the ticket in first week of May 22 and received a confirmation email that refund will take 20 business days.
