@JordanBrace8 I admire your passion. Although in the interest of keeping the facts straight, it is not illegal to seek asylum. These immigrants you speak of have the right under US and international law to enter the US and to remain in the country until asylum requests are processed.

Section 3 states that the detail is to be worked out by the parliament. The const itself makes sure that this happens
