@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate has the worst service.I had recharged a certain amount but did not receive the benefit.I lodged a complaint regarding this on 10/01/23 at 06:52am as per the customer care the maximum time to resolve issues was 12/01/23 at 06:52am but there's no response.

@zomato what do we do about receiving orders late for more than 30 mins? Should we consider them free?🤔 Also, huge respect towards the restaurants and the delivery partner, they might be a little late, let's not be harsh towards them, they too have a family to feed.
