@SigmaBoyFoxy I found healing creams with a bandid ontop accidently took away my scars in that area, maybe that? Same for areas i had medical tape on, now all the scars are skin color so try that too.

@Storm43964 I cut to fascia with them 3x and muscle 1x- just have to put one finger on top ig to stabilize- I wont explain more but yea they can get annoying having to put my fingers inside of the cut with the blade-

@trainwreckxic Im sorry, im pretty sure im one of thoes people. Your good, they arent lying, things arent always high calorie it just depends on the brand and stuff. Ur guessing game is amazing maybe just start in alt saying if things are sf or whats in certain things?
