@AlwaysLayne @CPLiebau The school supplies are also for the children and their families who may not be able to afford things like new backpacks, folders, and other items schools don’t and shouldn’t have to provide in the classroom.
@blvkboyfly@shaunking The challenge we face is the “All or Nothing” positions from both sides on any topic. I agree it may work great in some others, but wouldn’t work in others. Our current society believes we have to have wholesale changes no matter where you live or who you are.
@blvkboyfly@shaunking I don’t disagree, but it is our reality. Try it! Go ask someone not to park in a handicap spot, or wear a mask, or not to text and drive. We can’t even call someone out for the little things because they feel they can do whatever they want. Sad but true.
