@AmericanAir the last time I am ever ever flying this airline! Horrible customer service, unhelpful, does not care about children or helping families. Will never ever fly you guys again.

@AmericanAir extremely disappointed. Tried to rebook my flight with 3 kids because bc of unforeseen
circumstances,I only paid $1000, and didn’t splurge for the extra $500 if we need to rebook. Not even a credit if I cancel!? After your reputation you think you’d be more helpful
