@passportsevamea @IndianEmbassyUS is a valid aadhar no longer an address proof of verification in India?i am an NRI and sent my passport for renewal in USA.the officer who came for verification to my indian address is stating that aadhar is no longer a proof my parents can show

@namrata2y I hear u ! I have a valid proof that the VFS site mentions,but he is refusing to accept it (also notarised and attached with my application). He is asking for driving license?last i checked 60% of women in india don't know how to drive!

@passportsevamea @IndianEmbassyUS he is stating that he has direct orders that from the past 10 days the law has changed and i need a voter's card for the same address and only then can he approve it.he is threatening to put a non compliance in the system
