🚨💣 EXCL: Chelsea's mission is to sign Arda Güler.
The player loves Xabi Alonso and Xabi considered him his best player at Real Madrid. Still very early — small talks with the player's camp in recent hours.
This move only happens if Enzo goes to Madrid. Chelsea have been clear they want a hybrid attacker — versatile and top level.
Believed within the hierarchy that Güler would be open to joining the Blues because of Xabi. Keep an eye on MGW and Rogers too. 🔵 #CFC #RealMadrid
John Terry backs Alonso to be successful at Chelsea:
🗣 "I don't think he'll struggle at all. I think he'll come in the building on day one and have respect as a player and as a manager.
100% from the Chelsea supporters; this is a positive signing. I'm sure he's going to get a massive response at the opening day of the season."
🔙🗣️| Jose Mourinho:
“There are lots of people on TV, but nobody is a Chelsea man. We don’t have one. When I retire, 75 years old, I go as a pundit to defend Chelsea on television.” 💙
🚨 🎙️| Luis Enrique::
🗣️“Chelsea was the one English job I truly wanted. I spent days in London in 2023 trying to make it happen. Unfortunately, it never happened, and honestly, it’s still one of the biggest ‘what ifs’ of my career.”
Matheus Fernandes valued at £85m
Anderson valued at £100m+
Wharton valued at £80m+
Chelsea asking for over £100m for Enzo is completely valid. World Cup winner. Back to back 20 G/A+ seasons.
Pay up or keep. That simple.
🚨Christian Pulisic on being labelled a flop at Chelsea;
🗣“I’ve said it already. My reaction would be to show them my Champions League medal.
Maybe show them a couple of highlights, maybe show them that hat-trick, that pretty decent season that I had in Chelsea.
People are gonna say whatever they want to say. Unfortunately, it’s a little bit too easy to say that nowadays and be hidden behind the screen.
But for those people that wanna say I flopped or I’m overrated and say bad things, with what I’ve gone through in my life it doesn't affect me. I'm going to keep pushing and going”

🚨 All three co-controlling owners – Boehly, Eghbali and José E Feliciano – participated fully in the appointment of Xabi Alonso and spoke personally with the Spaniard ahead of him joining.

Todd Boehly has less than 1 year to run of his chairmanship and it is understood Clearlake intends to take over at the end of May 2027.
It remains to be seen if co-controlling owner Behdad Eghbali becomes chairman, whether the title is given to a different Clearlake representative or if Clearlake appoints a chairman.

2026: 19-year-old Mirra Andreeva wins her first Grand Slam title at Roland Garros

🚨🚨| NEW: According to The Sponsor, an independent sponsorship and valuation publication, Chelsea’s sponsorship value has dropped by £16.7 million, falling to £33.7 million, nearly half of the amount the club was reportedly aiming to secure.

‼️Boehly has made it clear that his preference would be to move Chelsea from their current site into a new multi-purpose stadium.
Clearlake has not made their position on the stadium public, but it is believed to broadly align with that of Boehly.

Some sources believe next year’s passing of the chairman title could be a catalyst for decisions to be made regarding the future of Chelsea’s ownership.
Others claim it is no more significant than a pre-agreed technicality, but do not dismiss the prospect of change.

🚨JUST IN: Mikel Obi says he has not seen any Club win the Champions League the way Arsenal plays their football and that they have little chance against PSG in the champions league final in Budapest [Hungary]
"I've watched football for a long time, and honestly, I can't remember a Champions League winner playing the way Arsenal have played for large parts of this season."
"People can talk about results, but the Champions League is a different competition. Eventually, you're forced to play against the very best teams in Europe."
"When I look at PSG, I see a side that wants open spaces, quick transitions, and one-on-one situations. That's dangerous for Arsenal."
"Arsenal have been successful with their structure, set-pieces, and control, but a final is not always played on your terms."
"The concern for me is that PSG have match-winners all over the pitch. One mistake, one loose pass, and they can punish you immediately."
"I just don't see Arsenal having much margin for error if they approach the game the same way they have approached many Premier League matches."
"Budapest is not the place for hesitation. In a Champions League final, you need courage, personality, and players willing to take risks."
"People will disagree with me, but I honestly think PSG go into that final as clear favourites."
"If Arsenal win it, they'll have to produce a level of football that we've not consistently seen from them this season."
