@CromaCare @cromaretail My Croma refrigerator stopped cooling. I raised a complaint on Thursday at 7:55 AM under warranty. It’s Monday and still unresolved despite calls & emails. No response from your team. Kerala heat makes this worse. Please intervene - C.N- 789611800539.

@cromaretail No one is doing anything, you guys just are making excuse, you closed the request without even speaking to the customer. I recieved a call and hour back with no voice tried calling back it was not going through.

@cromaretail It was raised on 17th, sep and today is 23rd sep. after me reminding them everyday, they are still looking. This is unfortunate @cromaretail worst experience of home appliance service

@cromaretail @cromaretail Your Thiruvananthapuram store/customer care assured me the technician would visit today. It’s now 6 days since the complaint, with no visit or resolution, only assurances. At this point, another assurance won’t cool the refrigerator either. Please act.
