🇺🇸 Trump’s New Peace Council: The Illusion of Reform That Perpetuates Supranational Depoliticization
📝 By Álvaro Berrocal Sarnelli (@SarnelliAlvaro)
In the twilight of the UN as an outdated and paralyzed institution, Donald Trump has presented his Peace Board (Peace Board), formally launched in Davos in January 2026, as a supposedly “agile and effective” alternative to the ineffective bureaucracy of the United Nations. Initially conceived as a transitional mechanism to oversee Gaza’s reconstruction following the US-brokered ceasefire (backed by UN Security Council Resolution 2803 in November 2025), the project has rapidly mutated into a global entity with ambitions to mediate global conflicts, promote stability and restore “legal and reliable governance”.

🇪🇺 The Decline of European Democratic Systems: The Erosion of National Sovereignty by Supranational Structures
📝 By Álvaro Berrocal Sarnelli (@SarnelliAlvaro)
At the heart of the current European crisis lies a profound paradox: while the continent’s nations pride themselves on being bastions of liberal democracy, their political systems show clear signs of decay.

🇲🇩 Moldova under globalist dictatorship
📝 By Guillermo Rocafort Pérez (@GuillermoRocaf1)
The current pro-European and globalist government of Maia Sandu has used the same arguments used in Romania to interfere in the electoral process and annul the victory of sovereigntist Georgescu in that country’s presidential primaries, accusing the current Moldovan opposition of using TikTok to spread foreign disinformation campaigns or foreign funding, while repeatedly claiming to be the victim of an electoral hybrid war.[...]

Taiwan functions as a tool for the United States to defend its declining hegemony, while for China, it is an inseparable part of its national territory. The Taiwan question is fundamentally about whether the United States is willing to accept a multipolar order where China plays its rightful, larger role in the Pacific.
The Dollar and the Euro as Weapons of Colonial and Financial Domination:
💬 (Comments from our expert, Guillermo Rocafort @GuillermoRocaf1 , PhD in Economics)
The US dollar was the hegemonic currency that emerged after World War II, with the United States imposing it as a form of payment in highly significant foreign trade contracts.
Due to the need to obtain it in the currency markets, it was able to maintain its high value by increasing demand. So much so that it used its currency as a form of colonial domination, harming other sovereign currencies that were marginalized because they could not compete with such imposition.
The United States even replaced the gold standard with the dollar standard, turning its fiat currency into the mainstay of its imperialist and predatory economic policy and into a financial weapon of domination and imposition of its hegemony in the unipolar world.
On the contrary, the Euro is a currency that has served to destroy the monetary sovereignty of the European Union member states, whose central banks have been deferred in their basic functions, such as issuing currency and setting interest rates, which have been assumed by the European Central Bank (ECB), a globalist financial institution that exercises its functions against European nations and their economic development.
Since the Euro has been in place in Europe, European nations have become impoverished relative to the rest of the world, especially France and Italy, because the Euro is in reality nothing more than the Deutsche Mark imposed on the European periphery, with financial conditions that have been very damaging to European economies, especially due to the low interest rates that have generated massive debt among the old European nations that are now hostages of the ECB.
It is essential that nations regain their monetary sovereignty in order to emerge from the Euro Crisis, which has been ongoing since 2008, so that they can devalue their local currencies, as was done in the past.
This is the only way to reactivate their economies through exports and allowing for cheaper consumption for non-resident visitors, relieving the European working class of being the only ones bearing the brunt of the financial crises through the impoverishment of their wages and working conditions.

🇺🇳The UN in the 21st Century: Abandonment, Maintenance, or Reform?
📝By Álvaro Berrocal Sarnellli (@SarnelliAlvaro)
Almost eight decades after its creation, the UN faces criticism for its ineffectiveness, structural biases, and inability to adapt to a multipolar world. Does the UN violate the principles that gave rise to it? Should global actors, especially emerging powers, abandon it? Is it possible to reform it to regain its relevance?
