@Motawif_SA Please process my refund. I am still failed booking but have not been refunded. Jazakum Allahu Khair.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@MoHU_En @Motawif_SA have not honored their prices and are charging more than the agreed amount. Please refund those who ask for refunds today.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@AbuStranger6311 @Motawif_SA Same here but @Motawif_SA is adding unauthorized charges to my credit card (despite having paid in full).

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA How do we get a refund? I authorize a certain amount (full payment) but @Motawif_SA keeps taking more. I did not authorize additional or increased payments. I have not received any response after payment received (booking failed).

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@sawsanoor @mariazafar96 @Motawif_SA Same here @sawsanoor Did you get any updates yet?

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA I paid in full and got a “booking failed” message. Please advise. (I DMed you)

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Hasina_Shanaz @Motawif_SA InshaAllah the remaining payment will go through. Are you in the US? I’m concerned about trying again bc I already have 3 rejected payments

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Hasina_Shanaz @Motawif_SA Was your first payment accepted?

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@sawsanoor @Saba_Kamran @Motawif_SA InshaAllah, patience will be rewarded. If Allah chooses hajj for us this year, then it will happen. If not, then Allah is the best of planners. I’m not making excuses just offering perspective. @Motawif_SA please let us know when we (in the us) should make our payment

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Saba_Kamran @Motawif_SA Did a debit card work for you (from us)

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Saba_Kamran @iramzaidiahmed @Motawif_SA Has anyone tried using a debit card (from the US) and it worked?

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@RU56HUL @Farooq59672785 @Motawif_SA @TasleemKhalid6 I tried that. It didn’t work.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Cemacsf1 @Motawif_SA I did. It’s not from them. Alhamdulillah

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Motawif_SA I called the bank and they said everything should work fine. I still got rejected. (That’s 3 rejected payments). Please help.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@MisterTahoun @Motawif_SA Jazak Allahu Khair. I don’t think it’s the bank either but I’ll try to contact them anyway. InshaAllah it will all get worked out.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Motawif_SA I’ll try them. Always when there is an issue the bank will call me but I will try.

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@AA_Eltuhami @ElbalawiEyad @Motawif_SA Does that mean pending approval for being included in the draw? Or pending approval until the draw is complete and you pay?

[Sarrah @Sarrahbuker]

@Matt_KUkoda @HolmdelHS Congratulations, Dr. Kukoda!
