They don't have any control over their processes and sellers! It's a sorry state of affairs @amazonIN .If not capable of delivering such high value items then they should not list it.

Worst customer experience and support rcvd till date! Contacted at least 5 customer exe. but no one aware about what is happening with my order and why it's delayed by 3 days. What I recv everytime are false assurances

All contacted people seemed to be totally clueless about the order and had no control over the delivery whatsoever #pathetic #Amazon
