That’s exactly the edge case I designed around. I’m not asking the LLM to know or infer every state’s eviction law. The system separates verified facts from interpretation: Textract extracts what’s actually on the notice, deterministic code validates the dates and amounts, and the model only explains those verified facts in plain language. If something isn’t supported by the notice, it refuses to invent it. State/local legal differences are a reason to surface uncertainty and point users toward appropriate legal-aid resources, not for the AI to guess.
