Our food sources are "poison."

There is no other explanation.

I stopped eating wheat, sweets, and processed foods several months ago, and without any dieting whatsoever my body ended up looking like these guys, but more muscles.

I eat as much as I want, all day long, and my weight DECREASED to my ideal target and just stayed there.

And the inflammation that was crippling me disappeared.

It's the food.

I am not here for mud slinging. I sincerely feel he has been a driving force for me. He has been an inspiration to motivate me to think about this challenge that option buying cannot make you money.

I agree the journey wasn't easy. I have earned and lost number of times, but only to work harder, analyze and get back into the game with better techniques and money management. Psychology has been the key driver which finallu helped me achieve this challenge I was on.

Although, the advice or challenge did not come to me with any good or bad intention, I really took this up seriously.

There are a hundred ways to do it. But you just need one and master it. I know there are thousands like me who are trying to do this. I would like to say them all, don't approach options with a mindset of doubling your money with every trade. Stay humble, plan your steps ahead and if you don't have an appetite for taking loss, stay out of options. It's not meant for everyone.

I don't want to demotivate anyone. But I feel it's my duty to tell people who believe in me to know the realistic picture. Everyone doesn't come to trade option with extra money. It's hard earned money which you need to protect as well as trade. So kindly be disciplined, humble and always know that Mr. Market is bigger than anyone of you.

A core concept people need to understand-

Not all money is the same. Different people's money means and does diffrent things to them

Example -lets say person X comes from a well to do family with a good education and different people earning + assets built over time (X)

And another who is from lower-middle class who has worked for a few years and saved some money (Y)

Their money is NOT the same, person X can probably afford to take a few lakhs loss because they have multiple backups and safeguards where as person Y losing his savings will destroy them

The lure of F&O is hyper leverage, one can buy a 1rupee option with their entire bank account if they want, it going to 2rs will double your account, and this is why it's easy to bait people in

Ans Interestingly person Y will be much more likely to fall for this trap, because this "opportunity " looks like a way for them to escape from their "bad times" by making quick money, where as X is more likely to behave in a more disciplined manner due to lack of despiration (this is generally, not always the case)

So while its true "it's the bakra's fault for falling for the lure", its also true that they socially engineered by influencers from a place of emotional vulnerability, targeting their deepest weaknesses

This is exactly why I've personally always been against having any courses/services/affiliate broking type stuff, because the money of these guys is VERY diffrent from their audiences who come with big hopes and dreams, with absolutely back ups

F&O is only for rish people with money spread across into different things, rest should stay they hell away
