We proudly represented #Iraq at the Arab League Simulation in Jordan. Through diplomacy, negotiation, and policy-making, our young delegates gained skills essential for shaping dialogue and addressing regional challenges—an investment in Iraq’s future leaders.
بالشهر الماضي، شاركت ساسة في لقاء إقليمي مهم في تونس جمع قيادات شبابية من مختلف دول المنطقة لإعادة تصور مستقبل المشاركة السياسية والديمقراطية. مثل فريقنا العراق بصوت قوي، حيث حوّل الشباب الحوار إلى فعل، وأسّسوا شبكة عابرة للحدود تستند إلى القيم الديمقراطية والتعاون في المنطقة.
Last month in Tunisia, Sasa joined young leaders from across the #MENA region to shape the future of political participation. Our team carried #Iraq’s voice into Twinning for Change, where 16 emerging leaders turned dialogue into action for democracy and collaboration.

On the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide,@sargis_peto, co-founder of Sasa, laid flowers at Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan, honouring 1.5 million victims. We also remember the Yazidi genocide in Sinjar, reaffirming our commitment to justice and human dignity.

We are empowering the next generation of researchers! Our 2nd workshop within Youth-Led Research program. @Ali_alhammood equipped young researchers with the skills to conduct impactful research and draft policy papers—driving evidence-based decisions and shaping #Iraq’s future.
As part of our research partnership with LSE, We held a roundtable with young researchers & civil society activists to discuss generational change&power-sharing in #IraqWe shared findings from national survey of 1000+ youth, exploring shifts since 2003&their impact on governance
We launched a 6-month research program for 20 young researchers using the Youth-led Research methodology! Kicking off with workshop on public policy and #Iraq youth perspectives, participants will develop research, critical thinking, and policy skills to address youth discontent
I’m pleased to share my last study for IOM, exploring drivers of violent extremism among youth in southern Iraq. It addresses sensitive issues like corruption, militia economies, drugs, climate migration.. etc. Findings are now part of IOM's strategy. DM me for access! #Iraq
