Hi @MyntraSupport your customer support is extremely hard to reach. Can have the most advanced bit but in practical . It’s pretty useless. Tracking a shipment which is out for delivery for over 30
Mins which should have been delivered by now. Please resolve as we need this asap

What a horrible customer service experience @bigbasket_com . Firstly app does not show my orders and all i wanted was an invoice of my prev orders as i was at the sony service centre. But your customer support insisted i send an email and i get the invoice within 24 to 48 hours.

Hi @amazonIN it’s literally impossible to reach out to customer service to address a problem. Firstly the products get delivered late and when one has to tech out to customer care , we are navigated to random bots which are very irritating. Horrendous
