I can't see any reason for Iran to stop its nuclear program. Since 2014 and then 2022 there is no deal and no promise in the world which could protect you from another nuclear state if you don't have nuclear weapons. Obama, Trump and then Biden made it themselves.

It doesn't matter that there was some loophole in Budapest memorandum making it not binding. The spirit of what the West did is obvious. There was a clear window of opportunity in 2021-2022 to protect Ukraine and prevent an all-out war. It was the most rational thing to do and United States decided to throw its friend and ally under the bus. Now they want their enemy to trust them.

And now what are you going to do? Attack nuclear facilities in Iran? I'm not sure Israel can sustain an Iranian-Russian capabilities in terrorising with drones and long-range weapons while simultaniously fighting in Gaza. The US will go into all-out war with Iran? I don't think US army will ever willingly go to war against someone with shoes and air defense. As far as I remember it failed even against Houthis.
