UPDATE: 21:30 - Construction crews have repaired the cut in White Cap, restoring most services in White Cap and Gledhow. Crews are now beginning repairs to the cut in Pike Lake. ETR is approximately 1.5hrs. Further updates will be posted when more information is available.
