A prairie girl, in the Nations Capital. Lover of all things culinary. Former Political staffer. Proud CN Railroader. Feisty Redhead. Opinions are my own.
Already half a year since I was sworn in as Canada’s Minister of Transport. ✈️⛴️🚗🚅
Over the past six months, I’ve been meeting with Canadians from coast to coast to coast, listening to your ideas, your priorities, and your concerns.
From strengthening supply chains to investing in the infrastructure that keeps our country moving, we’re working every day to build a stronger Canada.
And we’re just getting started. 🇨🇦
Our transportation system runs because of the people behind it.
With the weather conditions lately, I want to thank the workers across the air, marine, rail, and road sectors who brave the cold and snow to keep Canadians moving and connected. 🇨🇦
CN was proud to welcome Ministers @stevenmackinnon & @MSidhuLiberal to our Brampton Intermodal Hub for the announcement of the $5B Trade Diversification Corridors Fund, a major step toward strengthening Canada’s trade network.
Thank you to Canadian Consul General of Atlanta, Rosaline Kwan, for visiting CN’s Harrison Yard in Memphis. Our team was able to showcase our safety practices, provide an overview of our hump yard operations, and a tour of our car and locomotive shops!
Millions of data points are produced daily by our safety inspection technologies to proactively prompt repairs and replacements so that we can keep the economy moving in all weather. Learn more in our Winter Plan: https://t.co/6BRR2DARKK
We're proud to support @MakeAWishCA in their mission to bring joy to wish kids and their families across Canada.
Join us in supporting such an inspiring cause this holiday season!🚂🎄✨
