@CapitalOne I just got out of the hospital with a very serious heart injury from an accident and I had fraud on my debit card & you put restrictions on my card, now I can’t even Zelle my family money so I can’t pick up much needed medication. Your bankers are no help! Help!
@AskCapitalOne I was an insurance agent for 20 years, I would hate to have this liability on my hands, keeping a woman from her money to get life saving medication. Believe me when I say this, it’s all true too. If I go into heart failure, have a stroke, pass out and get hurt, or die, it’s on u
@AskCapitalOne I begged them not to restrict my card. I even blocked the merchant so it wouldn’t happen again. Rules are rules, but there are exceptions when people need life saving medication. This is terrible.
@AskCapitalOne None of these are instant solutions so I can get my medicine. I’m already without it today because of this mess, now I would have to wait up to an additional 3 days? If I know Capital One, it would absolutely take the longest time possible. No offense, but this is so hard.
@AskCapitalOne So many “I can’t” in my life. I figured out a way to help to help someone, especially in such a difficult medical situation. I’ve tried everything, I’m frustrated and I’m supposed to be calm for my heart. I’m not supposed to be upset.
@AskCapitalOne The Zelle won’t recognize my ID, it’s the same ID I opened the account with. I tried repeatedly. I should have access to these funds, especially when I need them for medication. I’m very disappointed with your bank. I’ve worked with the public all of my life and I’ve never said
@AskCapitalOne So I tried to use Zelle. I was able to send my Dad 3 small transactions today, it wouldn’t let me do a larger transaction. So I tried again tonight and it won’t work. It won’t recognize a phone number that has been on my account for 27 days, when I uploaded my ID, it won’t
@AskCapitalOne Like I said, you out restrictions on my debit card, even though I begged you not to because of my medical situation. I can go into heart failure at anytime and this stress isn’t helping me. I had an accident and injured my heart. I’m very sick. So
they said I could use Zelle
All your banker’s keep saying is “I CAN’T” when I’ve done everything right. It’s the same phone number I’ve had for 27 days on the account and the same exact driver’s license I opened the account with and it still can’t pass your security questions? There’s a problem!
I appreciate your security system, but when it interferes with people getting their own money out of your bank, this is a huge problem. I should have access to the funds at anytime. I’ve never seen a company say “I CAN’T” more than I have yours and I’ve worked with the public
I changed my phone number 27 days ago with the bank and they’re saying Zelle doesn’t recognize it. I uploaded my ID that I used to open my account (my driver’s license) and Zelle doesn’t recognize it. There is a serious flaw in your system.
