This confirms what I've been saying for a long time. There is no dialogue—nothing. All the talk from PTI leaders is pure bullshit. They are cowards who can't lead a movement; they're busy enjoying government perks and privileges in KPK while saying nothing against Asim Munir's fascism in parliament or the provincial assemblies.

Leaders like Imran Khan and Bhutto have been abandoned by a nation consumed by mob mentality and empty rhetoric.

Never in Pakistan's history has such blatant fascism been witnessed. I advise all leaders once again: do not be deceived by the deceiver. He is called Khanzeer by the people for a reason!

Yesterday, our family met with KP ministers at the Islamabad High Court. We held a detailed discussion on the steps being taken to restore all of Imran Khan’s legal and lawful prison rights.

During the meeting, Ministers provided the following update:

1. There will be no surplus budget, as Imran Khan has consistently directed that all available funds be utilized for the development and uplift of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

2. The KP Government will not sign any agreement to transfer the Rs. 175 billion requested by the Federal Government unless the following demands are met:

• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must receive its full share for the merged districts (formerly FATA) for the current fiscal year, amounting to approximately Rs. 300 billion. These funds are essential for the economic development and stability of the merged areas.

No agreement will be signed until all of Imran Khan’s legal and lawful rights are fully restored, including

1. The immediate transfer of Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for proper diagnosis, examination, and treatment by qualified specialists.

2. An immediate end to Imran Khan’s eight-month isolation and solitary confinement.
a) Restore weekly meetings with 6 family members, 6 members of his legal team, and 6 friends (political associates)

b) Restore his weekly phone calls with his sons.

c) Restore his access to books, newspapers, and other reading material.

These are the basic legal and human rights that must be respected and restored without further delay.

Open Letter by Dr. Yasmin Rashid to the Chief Justice, Lahore High Court

Dr. Rashid has appealed to the Lahore High Court for justice, legal protection, and an independent inquiry into the treatment of women political prisoners. She calls for the constitutional and legal rights of women detainees to be upheld and for their cases to be heard without fear or pressure.

• Women political prisoners have been denied legal protections available to women, the elderly, the sick, and infirm persons.
• Bail provisions under Section 497 CrPC have not been applied equally.
• International standards on the treatment of women prisoners and detainees must be upheld.
• PTI women, including Bushra Bibi, Aalia Hamza Malik, Sanam Javed Khan, Falak Javed Khan, and Rai Firdous, have faced prolonged imprisonment, repeated arrests, and denial of relief.
• Dr. Yasmin Rashid, a 76-year-old cancer survivor, has spent nearly three years in prison.
• The sanctity of chadar aur chaar deewari has been violated, and women and their families have been subjected to humiliation and harassment.
• The continued detention of PTI women workers in Punjab requires urgent judicial scrutiny.
• Anti-terror laws must not be used to punish individuals before conviction.
• An independent judicial commission should investigate arrests, re-arrests, denial of bail, mistreatment of women detainees, medical care, and the use of legal process as punishment before trial.
• Cases of women political prisoners should be heard as a priority and decided solely on the basis of evidence and law.
• Women across Pakistan look to the courts for justice, dignity, and protection of their rights.

Justice delayed for one woman is injustice to all women. We appeal to the Lahore High Court to uphold the rule of law and ensure that no woman's cry for justice remains unheard behind prison walls.
