Air France and KLM show pop-ups for transit visa requirements.
Ethiopian Airlines offer disclaimer forms (passengers sign waiver, airline protected).
These are SIMPLE solutions that already work.

I’ve been watching the NCAA/EgyptAir conversation closely. People keep saying “she should just DM him” or “it’s about immigration restrictions.”

But that misses the point entirely.
This isn’t about one passenger or one airline. It’s about a systemic disclosure gap.

Airlines enforce same-airline return requirements for carrier liability reasons. Fine — that’s their right.
But WHERE is this disclosed?
❌ Not on booking websites
❌ Not in pop-ups during purchase
❌ Not in confirmation emails
Passengers find out at check-in. After they’ve paid.

@KoredeJohnson @mikeachimugu01 @airfrance @KLM Agreed - immigration restrictions are part of it. Which is exactly why airlines should disclose requirements at booking, not after you’ve paid. Air France/KLM already do this with pop-ups. EgyptAir can too.
