स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर इस वीडियो के साथ यह बात बड़े ही व्यथित मन से लिख रहा हूं कि मुख्यमंत्री @myogiadityanath जी, यह 16 वर्षीय बच्ची का शव नहीं, पेड़ से उत्तर प्रदेश की कानून-व्यवस्था लटकी हुई है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला सीतापुर के कोतवाली देहात थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम शंकरपुर में 16 वर्षीय सबरीन बानो का संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में शव मिलना बेहद दुखद और चिंताजनक है।

परिजनों के अनुसार, 11 अगस्त 2026 की शाम करीब 4 बजे सबरीन घर से लापता हुई। परिजनों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। 12 अगस्त को दोबारा सूचना देने के बावजूद पुलिस का रवैया नहीं बदला।

14 अगस्त को भीम आर्मी और आजाद समाज पार्टी (कांशीराम) के कार्यकर्ताओं से संपर्क करने और पुलिस पर दबाव बनने के बाद एफआईआर दर्ज की गई। उसी शाम बच्ची का शव बरामद हुआ।

परिजनों के अनुसार, उनकी बेटी को अगवा कर उसके साथ बलात्कार के बाद हत्या की गई। यह बेहद गंभीर आरोप है, जिसकी निष्पक्ष और उच्चस्तरीय जांच होनी चाहिए।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि 11 अगस्त को बच्ची के लापता होने की सूचना मिलने के बाद 14 अगस्त तक पुलिस ने क्या कार्रवाई की? अगर समय रहते पुलिस ने गंभीरता दिखाई होती, तो शायद आज एक परिवार अपनी बेटी को न खोता।

14 अगस्त को उसका शव मिलने के बावजूद अभी तक किसी भी आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी न होना पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है।

आज जब हम स्वतंत्रता दिवस मना रहे हैं, तब एक मां-बाप अपनी बेटी को न्याय दिलाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। यह कैसी आजादी है, जहां एक बेटी की सुरक्षा के लिए भी परिवार को पुलिस पर दबाव बनाना पड़े?

@UPGovt पुलिस की लापरवाही की निष्पक्ष जांच कराए, जिम्मेदार पुलिसकर्मियों पर कार्रवाई हो, आरोपियों की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी हो और सबरीन बानो को न्याय मिले।

हमीरपुर में बिना हेलमेट लगाए बाइक चला रहें पुलिस कर्मियों की एक युवक ने वीडियो बना ली. पुलिसकर्मियों ने विरोध किया तो युवक ने अपनी व्यथा सुनाई. युवक का दावा था कि उसका 3 बार चालान कट चुका है. तो फिर चालान काटने वाले पुलिसकर्मी हैल्मेट क्यों नहीं लगा रहे.

बेचारे युवक की बात तो सही है नियम सबके लिए बराबर है चाहे पुलिस हो या फिर आम जनता.
