7 Days from today, we are going to have one of the most important Community Meetings of all time.
Wednesday, February 14 at 16:00UTC | 11:00AM EST on X Spaces.
Big things are coming, and we actually mean it.
✊2/2) Our path to v7 is now straight forward and the pace of at which those who are working on the upgrades is inspired, and their efforts immensely appreciated. Carpe Diem, folks - it’s happening!
Most of the technical differences are covered below but will add a bit here as well on culture contrasts:
- Sui Move focuses on the object-centric data model where the runtime is directly tied to consensus validation. Aptos Move is line with the original Diem-style of Move, enabling folks to experiment with the stack. With this we've seen groups @0LNetwork and us, take the MoveVM and experiment with it in ways that other MoveVMs could not.
- In line with above, the Aptos ecosystem has been rather welcoming to proliferation of general Move development. In comms on CT and even in-person, the team has done a good job of supporting builders whether they are building on Aptos or not. Seems like generally a good "grow-the-pie" mentality which is more in line with Solana/Toly's vision
- Big presence in Korea with core venture and consumer partnerships. I generally think the first mainstream crypto consumer app will come from the Korea/Southeast Asia region so efforts there are bullish
- Aptos seems pretty grassroots as you can see from the responses below. In-depth and thorough responses engaging community discourse and open to criticism always.
🚨0L Network $LIBRA - 1000x Sleeping Giant 🚨
The Untouched Potential of $LIBRA
In the world of crypto, where shilling and echo chambers are the norm, $LIBRA stands apart, overlooked by CT yet brimming with potential. If this goes the way I think it could, it could offer returns that could dwarf your wildest expectations.
Originating from Meta's Diem, $LIBRA is built on the #Move programming language, delivering a performance that overshadows its counterparts like $APTOS and $SUI.
$LIBRA The Phoenix from Diem's Ashes
Diem's failure was a catalyst for $LIBRA's emergence. Initially a @Meta project, Diem faced overwhelming regulatory resistance, leading to its demise. However, from its framework, the 0L Network emerged, undergoing a transition to what is now known as Open $Libra $0L.
Technical Reinvention of Open Libra
Open Libra's development strategy has been to significantly modify the original Diem codebase. This approach involves injecting new functionalities and altering core mechanisms to adapt to an open, permissionless environment. The goal has been clear: to create a blockchain that stands on its own merits, distinct in its features and capabilities.
Core Features of $LIBRA
Elimination of Centralised Control:
Open Libra has removed central control elements, fostering a decentralised ecosystem.
Delay Towers:
This feature replaces traditional validator selection methods, offering a unique approach based on elapsed time.
Seamless System Upgrades:
Open Libra's upgrade mechanism does away with the need for hard forks, ensuring continuous operation.
Enhanced Validator Transparency:
The network provides detailed insights into validator performance.
MoveVM Enhancements:
These improvements empower users to develop impactful financial applications.
Community-Driven Development
$LIBRA's growth and evolution have been driven by a community of coders and enthusiasts, including former Meta engineers. This approach ensures that the development and direction of the project are in the hands of those who use and support it, not confined to a boardroom or venture capitalists.
The Promise of Open Libra's Future
The upcoming release of Open Libra v7 is set to elevate the network's capabilities, aligning it with the likes of $APTOS and $SUI in terms of dApp compatibility. This advancement underlines Open Libra's commitment to decentralisation and regulatory compliance, distinguishing it from other blockchain projects.
Financial Outlook for $LIBRA
The financial structure of $LIBRA is designed to foster growth and sustainability
Supply:
100 billion coins, a balance of availability and scarcity.
Circulating Supply:
Currently at approximately 9 billion coins.
Market Cap:
Estimated at around $17 million, indicating significant growth potential.
Deflationary Mechanism:
Validator rewards can be donated or burned, contributing to a decrease in overall supply.
Acquiring $LIBRA - A Strategic Move
Buying $LIBRA is a strategic decision for informed investors. The process is straightforward, requiring careful steps to ensure a secure acquisition. This is an opportunity for those who understand the potential of early investment in a project like $LIBRA.
Market Projections for $LIBRA
In contrast to its competitors, $LIBRA's current market cap of $17 million positions it for a potentially massive increase in value. The projections of reaching a market cap between $1 billion and $10 billion are based on its technological and community-driven foundations.
$LIBRA stands as a testament to what can be achieved when driven by a committed community and underpinned by robust technological foundations. Its journey from the remnants of Diem to its current stature as Open Libra highlights a relentless pursuit of innovation and decentralisation and coming back from the ashes like a phoenix would
The network's future, underpinned by its unique features and community-driven ethos, positions it as a strong multibagger candidate in the crypto space
Always DYOR and NFA
☀️2021: The year @0LNetwork community said, "Let's do this!"
🌇 Now, our blockchain is thriving with $Libra , wearing shades, and saying, Im growing up in style, powered by #Move ! 😎

#LIBRA#Aptos@Aptos_Network#Crypto
0L Network @0LNetwork is a new L1 blockchain, an open source fork of Diem.
It is unique in its approach, being fully open, permissionless, and community-governed.
Token is $LIBRA (only OTC, NFA).

✊ Since 2021 the community driving 0L have developed & grown the network without any external funding!
✊ Motivated by a strong shared ethos as an inclusive, permissionless and truly decentralized blockchain protocol. Convinced of the technical potential of #Diem & #Move.
Imagine a chain with a level of decentralization comparable to Bitcoin, but with cutting-edge technology that makes it fast and cost-efficient for entrepreneurs and end-users alike.
Imagine no longer - We are here.
@0xBusmin@0LNetwork Interesting, did not know that the great work that we do at Aptos could still extend to our friends at 0L as well. Hopefully, the SDK can be useful for you folks!
The full Move language is supported on @Aptos_Network , that's why one should have no trouble running contracts originally designed for @0LNetwork, @StarcoinSTC or other Move based blockchains on Aptos.
