@AlwaysInyange – for thick yoghurts, as for mayonnaise @RwandaFDA will not approve made in Rwanda egg-mixed mayonnaise. They would rather approve 1million containers of imports of egg-mixed from mayo from Belgium and USA – I guess some rich guy is controlling the market.
Part of our findings was that Westerners in Mbarara prefer thicker yoghurt to that which is liquid.
They also prefer egg-mixed mayonnaise to "eggless" mayonnaise. Who will supply these to Uganda?
#RWOX We recently took a survey in western #Uganda to see the leading diary products and related products so that we could establish exports from #Rwanda.
Our findings would shock you.
In Mbarara alone, this economy attracts a monthly 350k$ in sales, that is, diary&mayonnaise.
@Peshmutesi@FlyRwandAir@RwandaAirports DGIE and Rwandair or DGIE and any other institution can not be in paired comparison; they're highly distinguished!!
Congratulations to Masaka Farms, creating a natural product made un #Rwanda by Rwandans and subsequently tapping into the mayonnaise market in Rwanda that's almost 40M $ is an ingenious dream realisation.
