SatelliteGuys hired one of the top Xenforo Server Experts, who went through our server and confirmed the issue is with our hosting provider. We have ordered a new server from a provider he recommends and will hopefully be moving to that server this weekend!

Our ISP successfully migrated us to a new server last night at about 10:45 pm ET. All seems to be running great again! Thanks for your patience!

Nothing new to report. The system is still operational but slower than normal. Waiting for our ISP to migrate our system to a new server. Will update again once I have more.

12:25 PM Update - Support responded to the ticket and they are migrating us to a different host.

Hopefully things will be back to normal... soon. (Sorry DISH Network I borrowed that one.) :D

12:15 PM ET Update - Ticket has been placed with the ISP. No idea how long it will take them to respond. We will update here as warranted.

SatelliteGuys 1/31 - 11:15 AM Update - Looks like the server is having issues again. We will be rebooting it soon. We will be posting updates here on X for those who can't reach the site as needed.

As of 12:05 PM Eastern Time, our provider has moved us to a new server. SatelliteGuys is once again back online and appears to be running well again.
