Aside from being banished from Olympus? I’ve been alright. Being among mortals is hardly thrilling, not that there’s any surprise there...

How about yourself? Surely you’ve got more interesting things going on.

.. Well !!

How have you been, Momus ? It’s been a while !

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

I see. well, I understand that. having been away for so long, I haven't seen the likes of you or, well... most any of our family in some time.

[‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍┊ 𝒉𝒚𝒑𝒏𝒐𝒔. ( s-h. ) @hypnossaur]

Oh, nothing at all ! It’s just good to see a more familiar face, yes ..

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

that is a great question. I don't know about the others, but I've been around. is there something the matter?

Where did all of my siblings go ?

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

I should make a mask that mocks each of the gods. I think that would be amusing. and it would anger them greatly--

"Someone called me the god of laughter and glee. And I'm not sure what to feel about that. Usually I am the only one laughing."

|| the fact Momus is depicted as a full ass jester at times throws me the fuck off man ||

[Hypnos @DrowzyDeity]

What is a... Torrent?

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

that is true. bullets and such are a one and done sort of ammunition. there is no get that back.

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

ah, I see. I bear no preference for either, personally. both are horribly flawed in that they require ammunition to function properly. though I suppose having the ability to strike from afar is nice in some cases.

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

do explain

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

“Is it not hot enough already??”

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

Which is better, a bow or a gun?

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

“Good times, I know...

Say, brother, how do you manage with that purple haze? I would imagine it could obstruct your vision. Though I suppose you could just bat it away with that oar of your if it became an issue, yes?”

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

“I see... I see... well, it’s certainly good to see you again. I’ve been wondering how things have been faring about down in the underworld while I’ve been up on Olympus. Not that I’ll have to wonder for long of course considering I’ve been, well, banished from the place.”

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

Charon? I haven’t seen the likes of you in ages, brother. How have you been?

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

Being banished from Olympus isn’t ideal. I’d avoid it, if I were anyone but me. because being me is what got me banished in the first place...

[🎭 Momus 🎭 @SatiricalDeity]

“You may have your fancy swords and your spears... But staffs are plenty useful, I would have to say.”
