Lt Gen Arvind Chauhan, YSM, SM assumed Command of the #SudarshanChakraCorps from Lt Gen Prit Pal Singh, AVSM in a solemn ceremony in the finest traditions of the #IndianArmy.

On assuming command, the Corps Commander paid tribute to the #bravehearts at the Corps War Memorial.

The General Officer exhorted all ranks to continue working relentlessly with the same vigour and enthusiasm towards enhancing functional efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Lt Gen Prit Pal Singh, AVSM, General Officer Commanding, #SudarshanChakraCorps, called on Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr Mohan Yadav, to discuss initiatives related to Military-Civil Fusion and development of dual-use infrastructure.

The General Officer expressed gratitude for the Chief Minister’s continued support and encouragement towards the Armed Forces, especially welfare measures for Veer Naris and families of Bravehearts.

The interaction also explored collaborative efforts aimed at nation building and strengthening synergy between the military and civil administration.

#RannYantra, a high-impact seminar on Mechanised Warfare, was conducted at #Bhopal by #SudarshanChakraCorps on 23 Jul 25.

Lt Gen Ajai Kumar Singh, #ArmyCommander, #SouthernCommand, paid tribute to the Bravehearts at HQ CIF(K) by laying a wreath at the War Memorial.
The General officer also interacted with faculty of Goswami Army #GoodwillSchool at Hanzit highlighting the vital role of teachers emphasising their impact on shaping future citizens. He also planted a sapling at Kriti Women Vocational Centre, promoting #GreenInitiatives and commended their excellent efforts.

He laid a wreath at the #KargilWarMemorial, paying tribute to the Bravehearts of #OperationVijay. Additionally, he visited the Hut of Remembrance and museum.

The General officer also addressed the troops of his Gorkha Regiment on relevant contemporary issues, appreciating the high standards of professionalism being maintained. He felicitated individuals for their good work and exhorted all ranks to maintain and further their operational readiness.
