जब 3 बजे के बाद किसी को नामांकन प्रक्रिया में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती, तो स्थानीय विधायक और उनके लोगों को अंदर कैसे जाने दिया गया?

गेट बंद था तो पुलिस अधिकारी उन्हें अंदर लेकर कैसे पहुंचे? और कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी को बाहर निकालने के लिए पुलिस को किसने कहा?

क्या चुनावी प्रक्रिया में सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के लिए अलग-अलग नियम हैं? क्या यही प्रशासन की निष्पक्षता है?

जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को जवाब देना होगा। किसी भी तरह की लीपापोती स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

मथानिया में नगर निकाय चुनाव के नामांकन के दौरान जो हुआ, उसने चुनावी प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

समय सीमा के बाद क्षेत्रीय विधायक और BJP के एक प्रत्याशी को RO कार्यालय में प्रवेश की अनुमति दी गई। क्षेत्रीय थानाधिकारी द्वारा स्थानीय विधायक को गेट से रिसीव कर कार्यालय के अंदर तक लाया गया, जबकि कार्यालय के अंदर मौजूद कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के साथ बदतमीजीपूर्ण व्यवहार करते हुए उन्हें बाहर निकाल दिया गया। एक ही नियम दो लोगों के लिए अलग-अलग कैसे हो सकता है?

मैं इस भेदभाव के खिलाफ़ अभी RO कार्यालय, मथानिया के बाहर प्रशासन से जवाब मांगने के लिए बैठी हूँ। अगर चुनाव प्रक्रिया में ही पक्षपात होगा, तो निष्पक्ष चुनाव और लोकतंत्र पर जनता का विश्वास कैसे कायम रहेगा? यह सिर्फ़ कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के साथ भेदभाव नहीं, बल्कि संविधान की भावना और लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था का अपमान है।

RO को जवाब देना होगा कि आखिर यह भेदभाव किसके दबाव में और क्यों किया गया?
