@BhagwantMann ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਾਤੀ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜੋ 8 ਤੋਂ 10 ਦਿੰਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ 45 ਦਿਨ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ । ਜਨਤਾ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰੀ ਕੰਮ ਰੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਵੋਟਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅਗਰ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਫੇਰ ਅਗਲੇ 5 ਸਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।
