2. The original LSTR (512) doesn't go to sierpinski. 512 is already dead in the events of the game, the LSTR we play as through the game is LSTR-S2301 who was sent to sierpinski+

I have one but i've been using it for 2 weeks so i haven't seen any big changes but the reviews said it worked (its also a pain in the ass but the long term results will save you from a lot of pain)

@nararity it is free in my country... but it takes time, like 6 months, but if you're smart then you can get HRT in 3 months. I Supposedly, will get it in January of the following year.

@diemoder I said the same thing in January because my parents convinced me to not transition, and the dysphoria came back so bad that it nearly undid all the progress I had made with my depression. Im getting HRT next year and i think its the best option i have
