Can you tell me these Amazon scams started with a call that tries to intice you to press a number to find out how to resolve the so-called theft?

As I have had a few of these calls and normally replace the receiver and block number.

@MartinSLewis Thanks to this guy, I have found a better fix today with my energy supplier and reduced my monthly payments by £50 approx. om both Gas and Electricity.
