As you can see from the photos, the order and delivered items are different. What i am dissatisfied with is the overwhelmingly poor customer service. Even the chat does not get updated.

@airtelindia @JioCare Today i recieved call from another @JioCare exec who asked me regarding the request. I told him since they didnt show up for selling the plan, dont expect them to show up for service. The jio guy said okay & cancelled my request in the next 30sec. Going ahead with @airtelindia

2/3 This was after I asked both @airtelindia & @JioCare execs to come to my house.
The @airtelindia guy who spoke to me was new and was not even aware of the plans. But the person who came to discuss the details was good and helped me with plan, installation setup, etc.

Am I eligible for the comprehensive warranty on my AC? Your customer care says yes. Your area manager says No. If no, why not?
