@manoj_216 You are missing the point that both Centre and State separately tax Alcohal at rate which is in excess of 100% and in many states approaching 200%. This is the reason for excluding it from GST so that it can be taxed at horrendous rate.

Had a terrible experience while submitting positive pay request with Bank of Baroda. Was informed that such request can only be submitted at base branch!! Really? @bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO @FinMinIndia. No such condition in other banks!!
