Staff could’ve easily taken the “oversized” bag as check-in baggage instead of making it an issue.

Bag within size limits & fit in the overhead bin as shown in the photos and video. Yet your staff falsely claimed it oversized just to charge me ₹14542 for 5 kg(@2908.4/kg) while I paid ₹9754.40 earlier for 10 kg(@975.4/kg).This is nothing but daylight robbery @airasia #airsewa

I had 7 kg cabin allowance which was ignored. My total baggage was 35 kg within my 37 kg entitlement. Where did the 7 kg go? Most airlines check slightly oversized cabin bags as a goodwill gesture.Your staff chose to exploit instead.@airasia #AirSewa #CustomerServiceFail #Robbery

@AirAsia I faced unfair baggage charges at BLR Airport despite prebooking extra weight & following rules. Forced to pay Rs. 14,542 under pressure for a 7kg carry-on bag. Unprofessional staff & poor service caused me huge stress. Requesting urgent investigation & refund. #AirSewa

@RCH_India : Left the hospital after waiting for 3 hours 15 mins without taking the vaccination though we have paid for the consultation already. Co-ordinator Damodar and the doctor do not value patient's time and money.
