Fir those who also suffer from ADHD

How do you get yourself to code for hours. I mean I love to build and sometimes I also spend my entire day in front of my screen but most of the time it's not happening

How do you get yourself to focus on that one thing.

With this I also try to get back in life.
Honestly I messed up lot by choosing to not do the right thing even when I knew it would hurt me later.

And now I'll try to pay back for the consequences of my actions.
