"Grapes must be crushed to make wine. Diamonds form under pressure. Olives are pressed to release oil. Seeds grow in darkness. Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure, pressed, or in darkness, you’re in a powerful place of transformation and transmutation." ~Lalah Delia

@brandonrichey I am 71 years young and train 3 to 6 hours a day/ six days a week. I can do it faster, but I like doing slow and strict. Although I haven't competed since placing in the Finals of the Open Mr. Louisiana Physique contest 1979,
I am still my competition weight.
When I lectured in Paris, I had the pleasure of visiting Notre Dame. It was truly an awe inspiring event. I mourne with you and hope The Phoenix will rise again.
Notre Dame is one of the world’s great treasures, and we’re thinking of the people of France in your time of grief. It’s in our nature to mourn when we see history lost – but it’s also in our nature to rebuild for tomorrow, as strong as we can.
In working for the good of humanity I don't think of myself just as a Tibetan or a Buddhist, but as a human being. We have to think of the whole of humanity. Being human is the common ground in our efforts to create a better world, because we all survive in dependence on others.
I will be speaking and doing healing sessions at Unity of Dallas week of March 11, 2018. They were my first of 255 different Unity churches that I've lectured and done healing sessions at.
