Super excited to head to NYC on June 1st to co-host the @SlackHQ x @Amplitude_HQ: AI at work event for #NYTechWeek! @Techweek_
If you're in NY that week, join us! https://t.co/z9wrmZAa4j
we’ve shipped a bunch of incredible new tools + skills using @Amplitude_HQ's mcp and i wanted to highlight a few killer use cases i’ve been running as a pm/engineer/builder!
/replay-ux-audit + /debug-replay 👀🎥
we added two new session replay tools (list_session_replays and get_session_replay_events) which allows you to more effectively search across your session replays AND provides the agent access to the underlying events and rrweb data.
this allows your agents to query session replays then analyze what’s happening in your replays.
/monitor-ai-quality + /analyze-ai-topics 🤖📊
if you’re using our new agent analytics product, we’ve added mcp tools to query your LLM sessions, spans, conversations, and tagged traces.
this enables your agents to easily browse your agent interactions, synthesize wha the top error categories are or main topics customers are talking to your agents about, then quickly iterate in your ADE/IDE on agent + prompt improvements.
/review-agent-insights 💡
if you’re a heavy amplitude agent user, we’ve added a get_agent_results tool that lets you query all of your amplitude agent previous conversations and the artifacts attached to them.
so if you have a bunch of dashboard and session replay monitors, you can stack workflows on top to triage and fix those issues.
/diagnose-errors 🚨
fun fact: if you’re using autocapture, we track a bunch of rich web vital data like network requests, status codes, logged errors, and error clicks data as different amplitude event types.
so you can automate workflows using an agent to auto-investigate web failures then fix those issues.
get_flags, create_flags, update_flag 👨🏻🔬🧪
if you’re using amplitude for feature flagging, you can create, edit, and retrieve your feature flags all directly via MCP instead of having to manually configure in the UI anymore.
we’ve been using this to scale out the number of experiments we’ve been running internally!
give these a try and lmk if there’s other tools or skills we should be adding! 👀
Just redesigned our @Amplitude_HQ office after 3 years of putting it off.
We’re kicking off 3 days a week in person with a sushi event today. What a line!
Your work tools in Claude are now available on mobile.
Explore Figma designs, create Canva slides, check Amplitude dashboards, all from your phone.
Give it a try: https://t.co/hwPB3zlk0w
last night i downed a beer then wrote a /what-would-lenny-do skill that teaches claude how to navigate @lennysan's mcp then help me strategize expert business and product ideas 😂
i was genuinely surprised at how well it worked - it pulled frameworks from lenny's archive, grounded ideas in product context from my @Amplitude_HQ instance, then pressure-tested ideas sitting on our roadmap.
it surfaced a bunch of great strategies (but also terrible ones too 😅) and archive-backed reasoning in its responses.
you can check out and roast some of the results below + check out the skill in the comments!!
Marketers suffer the greatest rate of AI brain fry out of any profession.
Research found the optimal number of Agents to use is 3. Anything more than that actually decreases productivity from cognitive overload.
Agents should own the grunt work, not the craft.
My 3 always-on agents:
1. Amplitude Dashboard Agent: monitors product adoption, campaign performance and surfaces trends via Slack.
2. Amplitude Session Replay Agent: monitors in-product user experience and engagement with live programs.
3. Personal AI coach: real-time communication coaching and tracking my to-do list (Granola > Claude)
IMO, the moment you hand creative production to an agent, you're doing your brand a disservice.

in case you missed it, @Amplitude_HQ dropped the world's greatest analyst agent last week that can leverage the entire Amplitude platform.
anything about your data you've ever wanted to know - just ask :)
(4/4) If I’d had this in my past role, I would’ve spent less time screenshotting dashboards & more time partnering w/ product & marketing on decisions & next steps. It’s a huge unlock for teams without a full-time analyst or data science function & an accelerant for those who do.
(1/4) In my previous role as an @Amplitude_HQ customer, I was responsible for pulling weekly insights for our team meeting & trying to decipher WoW changes. Even when I felt confident, there were always follow-up questions. Now, our agents handle this for you!
Al has collapsed the time it takes to ship a feature. Now it's all about shipping the right thing. It's just as hard as it ever was.
As coding gets automated, agentic analytics becomes the bottleneck. Teams that win will build within context rich environments that capture user behavior and customer feedback, making that data accessible to both builders and agents.
Today @Amplitude_HQ is launching our Al Analytics Platform with Agents and MCP. Autonomous analytics that helps builders and coding agents ship products that their customers actually want.
Just as our partner @claudeai has reinvented software, Amplitude is reinventing analytics for the Al age.
We have achieved 76% accuracy for complex production grade queries and agentic usage has grown 10x in 3 months.
Don't just build fast, build what's right.

(3/4) Specialized Agents then go deeper on motions like activation, retention, monetization, & experimentation, so you’re not just looking at the what—you’re guided through the so what and now what.
I started in tech in 1992 (I know, hard to believe). I lived through the birth of the Internet and Web in the mid-'90s. Then mobile in the early 2000's, SaaS & Cloud in the later 2000's, and social, crypto, and multiple other tech moments since.
Now it's AI, and I can say without doubt that this is different. It's like nothing I've ever seen before. That's why today's AI Agent launch from @Amplitude_HQ is not only the biggest moment in the company's history, but in my own career. And yet we're still just getting started.

We also launching four specialized agents: dashboard monitoring, session replay, feedback, and website conversion.
Watch the agent review hundreds of sessions to identify friction and patterns that impact conversion. It then recommends UX fixes with quantified impact.
We're excited to introduce the first fully automated AI Analyst: Amplitude Global Agent
Global Agent can do anything a human can do in Amplitude. You can go from creating a cohort to deploying a guide in a few minutes.
Global Agent is also available via our new @SlackHQ MCP.
