Might see you there.

It is with great sadness that we report the death of our dear friend and colleague Robert Stern on 21 August 2024.
Bob was well known and respected around the world for both his outstanding scholarship and his kindness. He will be greatly missed.
Deeply sad to report that the wonderful human being and philosopher Professor Bob Stern died peacefully yesterday after a long illness which he faced with utter fortitude. Here he is in March at an event in his honour at Sheffield. We will miss him terribly. His legacy is immense
This May, the EJP Symposium on the Work of Robert Stern was held at the #UniversityofSheffield. The event organised by Joe Saunders and Josh Forstenzer was supported by the European Journal of Philosophy, the BSHP, the MIND association, and the #HSGBPhotos by Delphine Choquel
Another paper also came out yesterday(!). This one is co-authored with Martin Sticker and @Saunders_Joe and is in Philosophy Compass. If you wanted to know all about Kant and demandingness objections, this is the place to look! #Kant#Demandingness
