In kindergarten soccer game we & our teammates would run after the same ball, later we learned to stay in our position but got unhappy as we wanted to kick the ball, now, we learned that it is what you do off the ball that has the most impact on the outcome for your team.#DESMDM

We must create a phycological safe environment, where the weakest link in the team should be able to speak up & present ideas. Leaders don't just inform, they involve. #DESMDM
Wonder how Leadership plays out in the Army. They don’t have incentives like 'Soldier of the month', 'spot bonus', etc. Still, each soldier knows the commander’s intent. They know how to assume orders when there is no order. Is that a very different flavor of leadership?#DESMDM
