Would suggest the staff to put handtowels along with the linen there on every seat before boarding the passenger. Because passenger have to ask separately for towels with staff

In 3AC The biggest issue nowadays is you won't get a handtowel on your seat alongwith linen.
Rn in train no. 12276 b13coach 56.
Linen is there but no handtowel.
Attendant bhaiya ko khojo jo ki milne se rhe.
Really disappointed.

Already returned on same day, still this the system of amazon. When i talked for refund 1st time i was asked to wait 3-5 days n 2nd time through chat was asked to wait for 5-7 days. But its 9th day of return today no outcome
